I bet you have an incompatible or corrupt plug-in. Try unloading your components files.

To remove a component file in Logic Pro, you can locate the file in the Components folder and drag it to another location. You can also try rescanning the Audio Units plug-ins.

Steps to remove a component file

  1. Open the Finder and navigate to the Components folder
  2. Find the file for the plug-in you want to remove
  3. Drag the file to the Desktop or another location
  4. Restart your Mac
  5. Try to reopen Logic Pro

Steps to rescan Audio Units plug-ins

  1. Open the Finder and navigate to the AudioUnitCache folder in the Caches folder
  2. Move the files from the AudioUnitCache folder to the Desktop or another location
  3. Restart your Mac
  4. Open Logic Pro
