Face ID disabled on iPhone
My Face ID has been disabled please help out

You may have a hardware failure with the True Depth camera in your phone. See this link for suggestions, but if none work, the next step would be to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and service options --> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
