the main issue is the 'mobile service' setting is not change to 'cellular' even after updates. Can somebody tell me how to fix it.

Cellular is in the US and Canada. Most other places in the world it is called “mobile service”. They are the same thing. What is the model number of your phone, from Settings/General/About?
