Having trouble changing the date format to display only numbers on my iPhone 16 (iOS 18.2.1). I've tried [list of steps you've taken] but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

It is not clear from your post where do you want this date format changed? Email, Lock Screen Date, Calendar, Messages etc...
