My iPhone 13 pro screen broke and unfortunately kept pressing the passcode till it showed iPhone unavailable without timer
is there anything i can do to it without erasing it cos its been a while i backed up my icloud

You will need to erase your iPhone and set it up again, which you can then restore from an iCloud Backup. Since you state that it’s been a while since you have done a backup, you have no choice but to restore from that. Let this also be a learning lesson to keep your iCloud Backup’s up to date for cases like this. You should also have Automatic iCloud Backups on.

Sorry, but you have no option to avoid erasing the phone and then setting it up again.

If he screen is really "broken", you will likely have trouble setting up the phone again.
