Sleep Focus not turning off automatically on Mac (Sequoia 15.2)
I have notice that focus mode not turning off when I use my Mac during the day.
A manual turn off needed every day. Someone facing the same issue ?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.2

Same issue. My iPhone and Apple Watch synchronise immediately, my MacBook thinks I'm asleep all day until I manually change the focus. But the next day, it's the same again. "Share across devices" in Settings > Focus is turned on. I tried turning it off and on again, but no luck. There's a three-month old Reddit thread that reports the same problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/mac/comments/1g3r2b5/sleep_focus_not_turning_off_automatically/
To resolve this Issue
You would need to Turn OFF " Share across devices in Settings " on ALL the devices
That being, the iPhone & Computers
What is done on 1 device will sync across to all other devices
At least that is how it worked across 3 computers running Sequoia 15.2 and 1 iPhone running iOS 18.2.1 I am using
If you turn on Do Not Disturb and then at some later time start using your Mac, it will still be on Do Not Disturb. It has to be manually turned off to go off. Or, have you set up a schedule and your issue is that the schedule is not being followed? That would be a different problem.
Do Not Disturb status is shared across multiple devices that are all on the same Apple ID. I have noticed that when I turn off Do Not Disturb on one device, all the others also have it turned off immediately. But ... one 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro (Sequoia) once in a while still has Do Not Disturb "on" when it was turned "off" for other devices on that Apple ID. Apparently it either does not get the signal through the network, or maybe would eventually turn it off but I did not give it enough time, or its signal was delayed.
Which of these are you seeing? Is it ignoring your specified schedule, or is it something else?

The Logic being
One ALL Devices are not syncing Focus from one to the other devices
Each device will work independently from the Others
You can now use Focus on 1 device, if you wish, and not affect the Other Devices
