I cannot get my Ipad to accept/verify my RR acct, but I can easily access it via webmail. HELP

This is an issue probably best taken up with RoadRunner support. But if you're running any sort of VPN on your iPad, remove it and try again. VPN systems can cause all sorts of headaches like this.
