IPhone 14 does not connect to MacBook Air

Why does Mac do this to people yes I get the fact they want us to buy a new laptop but when we have laptops that are working great why would we buy a new one they should make iPhone 14 compatible or at least give us away to make it compatible

What version of macOS are you running now?


High Sierra should be enough to let you manage phones running iOS 17 or 18, although “should be” might not always translate into “will be”.


I believe that El Capitan and Sierra were only good enough to manage iPhones running iOS 16 and earlier.
