Nessun servizio rete operatore

Cordiali saluti

Giulio

(*) Puoi farlo:

In English:

Q: No operator network service - I have an iPhone 8, at the top it says "No Service" meaning no operator signal, no data or phone. You can only use Wi-Fi. I tried another sim from another operator and it does the same and the sim in another phone works. I also tried turning it off and on again, airplane mode but nothing.

A: If you have already tried (without success) ALL the steps suggested in this support article:--> If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support , there could be a problem with the SIM card slot on your iPhone.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service , or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
