I have bought mine coins on Minecraft on my daughter’s iPad. The payment went through yet Minecraft is not giving access to the coins and the game. It is stuck on “purchase in progress”. And we can’t bypass the info. The mine coins are visible though. It’s not an internet problem.

If you are still having the problem or if anyone else is having a similar issue, first make sure you have updated the app. Then you should try to clear the marketplace cache. Go to settings, storage, then select to clear the cache. I tried so many things and nothing worked. Kid was so upset. But that finally worked. They need a special community for parents of kids who play minecraft for whenever we have problems with the game.
