Connecting all my devices

If I leave my active cell phone at home in the US, while traveling overseas, can I still receive text messages such as 2Factor authentication texts on my other iPhones and devices that have no sim but are on my list of devices and that I carry with me over seas? Will the sms or iMessage be received on my other devices as well?
