What should I do if my AirPods Pro won't reset or pair?

I bought an AirPods Pro replacement case a couple months ago and it worked completely fine up until now when I removed the bluetooth device from my phone, and subsequently they completely stopped attempting to pair or anything like that, when I hold the button at the back the case it literally does nothing at all, no reset, no pairing, no white light at all. I've tried to close the case for 20 seconds, a minute, even 30 minutes and no matter what I do that white light doesnt turn on and pairing mode is never attempted. Also to note both the amber and green light turn on and when I open the case in front of my phone it recognizes the unpaired airpods but alas they wont enter pairing mode or reset mode at all. TLDR: when I hold the button at the back of the airpods pro replacement case there is no reset mode or pairing mode.
