Disable the dock moving between monitors

I use a Wacom drawing tablet as a second screen, whenever I try to draw near the base of the image the dock keeps popping up and getting in the way. It is an incredibly frustrating feature, and I've found various threads of conversation lamenting this very problem on YouTube and reddit from years ago until now. It's 2025, for the love of God let there be an option to keep the dock based on one screen so I don't have to keep turning it off and on. Instead of developing new iOS software that makes iPhones harder to use, consider putting effort in this problem people have been continuously complaining about, cheers.
