Unable to change permissions for AV prog leftovers on MacBook

I have uninstalled an AV prog but there are still several left-overs like file extensions and documents which I want to remove but I don't have permission. I tried with 'Info' permissions but it seems that I have no permission to change the permission of some files

Hi there, problem is SIP...

Disable System Integrity Protection (SIP):

Restart your Mac and press Command+R key shortcut while the reboot is in progress to enter Recovery Mode.

Click Utilities → Terminal.

Type the following command in the Terminal window and press Enter: csrutil disable.

Restart your Mac and delete the problematic files.

After deleting the files, re-enable SIP by again restarting your Mac → use Command+R shortcut → open Terminal and type csrutil enable.
