My typing jumps in mid sentance. Often I will be typing and then see that the sentance has jumped to a line above. this happens all the time. I found a solution that had to do with click settings, and it worked and now it started again and I cannot find that solution. also my click doesn't always work with spell check. Seems it has nothing to do with the app I am working in.

It's very likely that you are brushing the trackpad while you are typing. It's easy to do without noticing.
Be mindful of the position of your hands as you type and I think you'll discover that this happens less.
