Typing jumps lines randomly and my sentences end up on different lines above

My typing jumps in mid sentance. Often I will be typing and then see that the sentance has jumped to a line above. this happens all the time. I found a solution that had to do with click settings, and it worked and now it started again and I cannot find that solution. also my click doesn't always work with spell check. Seems it has nothing to do with the app I am working in.
