my phone's screen completely turned black but it still works like i told my friend to call me and the ring tone came up but i couldn't see anything on my phone and im not outside in the sun or anything im in my room. i tried the force restart but it just turned the flash on and then off and did this like alarm noise. so like i dont know what to do.. im writing through my computer.
