TV App Lists Not Refreshing

When I am editing my media content using the TV App, such as deleting a movie or TV episode, the list does not refresh.

Clicking on another category in the sidebar and then clicking back seems to work but that can't be normal behaviour.

I'm one a iMac21,1 with Sequoia 15.1.1. My Media folder is on an external drive
