Does anyone know how to solve the problem of a Mac Studio shutting down when in sleep mode?
At some point, when the desktop is in sleep mode, it shuts itself down. Every time I re-enter my office and go to my computer, I have to restart it.

Sounds like Full Computer Sleep Mode is causing the issue.
As a test:
Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"
Turn off all of the other Energy Saver options
Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes
Leave the Mac On and only allow the display(s) to turn Off
Do not manually Sleep from the Apple Drop Down menu
Only Shut Down the Mac when away for a day or more
Do not sleep function, only causes many issues for users. Just turn off display just as den.thed has stated..
