Poor quality video on FaceTime ipad pro m2

Ipad pro m2 13’ / when calling facetime very low image quality on both cameras. background blur and face tracking settings are off. I have 2 of these tablets and both have very poor quality when calling. resetting and updating software do not help. cellular or wifi doesn't matter. maybe someone has encountered this problem
