Can I exchange my iPad online/offline through the original store?

If you have purchased your iPad directly from Apple, in most countries/regions you have 14-days within which you can unconditionally return an undamaged item for exchange or refund. Beyond 14-days, the opportunity has been lost.

For online purchases from Apple, you will have received an electronic invoice. This will include details of how to contact Apple if you have any enquiries concerning the purchase.

If your iPad was purchased from an official Apple Store, you should be able to make a return in person at any Apple Store.
