Converting Page object to JPG/PNG image

I want to do a picture i page or keynote. create a logotype by exempel. Then I want to create an image of it to use in other drawings or on my webside. Today I create the logotype in page and it works fine an grop it as an object. Then I want to save och export just that object as an image (jpg/png) but I cant find a way to do that. Today i copy the object an past it in to Power Point and there I can save the object as an image. Than I can taket thet image into pagen agin and use it as an image.

Once you group that object in Pages, select and copy it to the clipboard. Then launch Apple's Preview and select File menu > New from Clipboard. This will likely give you a PNG image at 72 dpi.


If you want more dpi, then you can either not use Pages for this purpose, but a true third-party graphics tool (e.g. Affinity Designer, Pixelmator, GIMP, etc.), or perhaps Preview's Tools menu > Adjust Size… set the desired dpi and select both Scale Proportionately and Resample Image.
