Unauthorized deductions by Apple from Apple Wallet

On 15 Jan 2025, 2 transaction happened from my apple wallet for amount AED 1200 & AED 1200.

Merchant shown is APPLE.COM/BILL in both the case. I have no idea for what the amount was deducted from apple wallet linked to Dubai First credit card.

Also surprise is that I did not open the wallet for payment. No OTP triggered.

Kindly suggest what to do now... In addition to this I need to pay Credit Card Bill, so the loss now is AED 4800

These are not Apple Pay transactions. Your card details are compromised and were added to another users Apple Account. Your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) may be compromised as well. Because they were not Apple Pay transactions and a OTP would not have been used. The scammers have the numbers on the card and entered them manually in their Apple Account and then charged items to their Apple Account. Thus no OTP or Wallet app needling to be opened.

Contact your bank and report your compromised card and fraudulent charges. Change the password for your Apple Account as a precaution.
