How can I prevent voice mail and text from appearing on both phones without disconnecting from the cloud
There are two phones (different numbers) in our household with the same cloud account. One phone will get a call and the voicemail will end up on the other. Text messages also end up on the wrong phone. Verizon said sign one out of the cloud. Is there no other solution?
