Mastering assistant can only be loaded on stereo out channel so this plugin will affect my reference tracks. Is there any way to deal with this?

Hi there,
I would personally use a third party offering like "Reference" by Mastering the Mix which is hosted on the Stereo Output. It allows you to reference another track while not having it be affected by your Mastering Chain.
There are other workarounds if you have multiple inputs and outputs on your interface and a headphone amp or separate interface as well.
