How to remove a child from "family" on iPhone when there is no option to click that icon? I want delete all family members, and want to remove all restrictions for kids but one child i can't remove...

Children accounts set to an age under 13 cannot be removed from family sharing. Only moved to another Family Group.
Restrictions can be removed for child accounts without removing them from Family sharing.
Restrictions are handled by Screen Time, not Family Sharing.
