How do I recover lost Photos from iCloud Family Sharing?

IPhone 13Pro with a Vorizon phone number that had to be closed; my Vorizon a/c had been compromised and was being investigated. That trusted phone/number associated with another icloud acct. is no longer accessible by means of that device. The loss of 4 years in my photo library and my contacts, is what I sincerely hope to recover. I have tried In-store Support, Apple Support by phone, and no one is able to help me resolve this issue. Apparently Family Sharing, that I was unaware of being linked to, is the reason there is problem? Is it possible to get access to my lost data?

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app on a mobile device, read this support article --> If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

Things to do:

- Check your Recently Deleted folder - Go to Photos > Albums, and tap Recently Deleted in the Utilities section. If you emptied the items from this folder they cannot be recovered. They are truly permanently deleted.

- Make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on

- Sign in with the same Apple ID

- Unhide your photos
