Why is my iPad mini 6 crashing frequently?

as I am writing this my ipad mini 6th 64gb is having mini strokes, mini size mini strokes should be their new thing

when doing the most basic like drawing in procreate *6k res canvas* and just about 4 simple apps like safari, spotify, photos, it crashes or just literally refuses to respond to me like a teenager going through the phase, I bought this 3 month ago what is this? the only reason I am sticking to apple it is cause of how stable it is, I thought of buying a new ipad further in the future, but I am not sure if I am willing to buy a new ipad every 4 month just for it not to crash

something to note; since ipadOS 18 it has been acting the weirdest such a big diffrence compare to ipadOS 17
