How do I override the Stolen Device Protection if my dad put it on there?

My dad had put the Stolen Device Protection feature on my phone because I kept removing two devices that were being used to snoop around on my phone and in my privacy, but I want to change my password and add another trusted phone number. I can't do those two things because of the Stolen Device Protection feature my dad put on my phone but, I need it off so I can add the numbers and access some of my apps. I have noticed that with the Stolen Device Protection feature the apps that use my apple account cannot be used like how my Game Center is not accessible at all because of the Stolen Device Protection Feature.
