Not able to edit song info, delete songs and add or remove artwork

My old iPhone 4, 5 & 6 don't allow me to delete songs from iTunes, edit song info, drag and drop songs or album artwork. The iPhone 4 lets me edit it on a different PC however on my main PC it won't let me edit anything, for my iPhone 5 it was letting me do it not long ago now it's having the same issue as the iPhone 4 and as for the 6 it's just the same issue as the 5. All the audios are read & write as well.

In general if content was synced to a device from your library you don't get the option to manually edit what is on it. Instead you are expected to update the library, then sync those updates to the device. Switching from automatic syncing to manual management may remove what is currently on the device. When updating an iPhone in particular iTunes may check that each track on the device has a corresponding entry in the library. If that isn't found the track on the device may be removed without warning.

See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community to reclaim all of the media from your devices into a local library on your computer.

See Duplicate songs in iTunes - Apple Community to remove any duplicates created during the recovery process.
