While on DND, calls without caller ID still comes through in iPhone

while on do not disturb, no caller ID still comes through.

i’ve not got repeated calls on, they’re silenced always not just unlocked, there’s no emergency bypass as it’s no caller id.

is there anyway at all i can stop this?

my do not disturb settings are set to certain people only can come through and i can’t stop no caller id from coming through.
