External Hard Drive malfunctioning and refusing to mount on MacOs Ventura

Hi, I bought this external hard drive about two weeks ago for my computer. However, recently it has been malfunctioning and refuses to mount at all, and disconnects after a minute or two.

1. I tried First Aid, that failed.
2. I tried formatting it, that failed as well.
3. I tried another computer, same thing. It even freezes file explorer on Windows.
4. Tried using another cable, that didn't work.
5. Zero physical damage, why would there be?

Please help.
