Inconsistent alarms on iPhone after switching from Android
I switched from Android to Apple in October and since then, alarms have not consistently been sounding. I’ve contacted support three separate times so far and nothing has been accomplished other than doing the same troubleshooting steps.
Alarms have been deleted and setup again - no change
Attention aware has been turned off. No difference with it on or off.
Set alarm for a random time and it sounds as it should
i feel like this issue is fairly well documented on here and in several tech forums, but support didn’t acknowledge this at all on my most recent call. From my own research, it’s been a known issue for over a year.
