How do I reduce text size on iPhone 16 Pro screen without settings access?

My phone was in back pocket, it changed the screen size to words bigger than the screen I can't shut it down because I can't see the slider. On the old phones I could tap with three fingers 3 times and it would reduce screen but this doesn't work on iphone 16 pro, how do I reduce size of jumbo print that runs off the side of the screen without sliding the phone closed?
