iTunes Air Play no longer available on Windows 11
New Windows 11 computer iTunes Air Play excluded no more Air Play accessibility or ability to use the Air Play feature it is not offered anymore

Have you installed any of the newer apps from Apple: Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices? If so, they take over most of the functions previously provided by iTunes. You will use Apple Music or Apple TV, as appropriate. Or uninstall those apps which will restore iTunes back to its original functionality.
If you haven't installed any of those apps, post back with further details and someone may be able to offer additional suggestions.
