Screen sharing app for MacOS guided tour

I purchased a Mac Mini M4 for my father to surf the web and take advantage of the MacOS operating system. I would like to screen share with him to give him a guided tour of the operating system and applications. Is there a good app to do this?

tt is like the app the Apple technician uses to connect my screen to lead me through various functions and screens.

When screen sharing, what does "locked" mean? When I am using Screen Sharing to access another Mac, the Screen Sharing window shows the name of the other Mac, and directly below that, the word "Locked". What is locked? What does its being locked mean? How can the lock be turned on and off?

How do I regain screen sharing access after enabling Remote Management on Mac? I’m running a headless server. And I accidentally turned on remote management. I was previously using only screen sharing. Now when I login to my Mac from my iPad or iPhone, using the screens, connect application, both remote management and screen sharing are great out and not accessible.
