Not receiving calls from certain contacts

When caller tries to call me on my iphone 15 they get a busy signal then the phone call disconnects. Doesn't show up as a recent call on my phone either.

after latest update cannot receive incoming calls unless from contact list I have an IPhone 12. Latest update to 16.3.1. I only receive incoming calls from people on my contact list. The only exception is if I initiate a call and they call me back. Otherwise, the person says the call goes straight to voice mail yet I have no record of it. Very frustrating. Apple support via phone and screen share says all is well. Can someone help? Thanks.

iPhone 12 is making calls itself, NO LOGS IN RECENT CALLS I'm facing an issue where people call me claiming to have missed my calls from my number. The problem lies in my iPhone 12 initiating calls on its own to numbers not saved in my contacts. Strangely, these outgoing calls don't appear in my phone's recent call list. Despite replacing the SIM card and updating the phone, the issue is still there. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
