How can I set up source language to always be English when using translation function in Books app?

Dear all, My native language is Chinese and I use the Books app to read English books. When I come across unfamiliar words, I use the translate function. However, many times, it asks me to choose the source language for translation. Does anyone know how I can set it to always translate from English? Many thanks!
