How can I quickly find a blocked number on my iPhone?

I am trying to check whether I have in the past blocked a particular number. I know how to block/unblock but I have so many numbers in my blocked list that it would take days to scroll through and check. I cannot find a search option. The numbers in the blocked list are not arranged in ascending/descending or any other obvious order. I have searched the fora and although this question has been asked before the "best" answer was entirely unhelpful and did not address the question.
