FYI, you cannot resize or modify any partitions after you install Windows on a Mac when you are dual booting macOS & Windows. If you need to resize a partition, then you will need to first delete the Windows Bootcamp installation using Bootcamp Assistant and start over with your Windows Bootcamp installation with the new partition sizes.
Also, most everything Windows related you find online is regarding a dedicated Windows computer and won't apply to using Windows on a Mac.
If your Windows workload can work with Windows installed within a Virtual Machine, then that would be the best way to go since you don't have to worry about getting partitions sizes correct. People almost always find out that one or more partitions are too small.
Make sure to always have frequent and regular backups of both your macOS system and your Windows system as well as all external media (including the cloud) which contains important & unique data.
