My iPhone 12 was rinsed with water and now my face id does not want to work anymore my phone was previously rinsed and nothing happened,on the Home Screen it says “Face id is not available,go to settings for more information”

You destroyed your phone with water. Water damage is not repairable. The fact that you previously rinsed it under water and nothing happened is irrelevant.
Either live without FaceID or purchase a newer phone and don't run it under water.
iPhones are not waterproof, they are dust and splash resistant and are tested under laboratory conditions.
