Downloaded IOs 19.2.1 then I produced a Word document and went to print it. The IPAD 10.2 could not find any air printers. After emailing the file to another IPAD with older IOS it printed.

I Googled it and figured it out. I had changed the Wifi channel to test something, it is the same router but a guest channel. When I switched it back to the main wifi the air-printer was found.

AirPrint will only be accessible if your iPad and Printer are connected to the same network.
Your Router's Guest WiFi network is intended to isolate the Guest network and devices connected to it from other local network resources and other user's devices - while providing Guest devices with access to the internet.
