Why does my iPhone 13 timer not going off?

I keep setting my timer and it’s not going off

Timer Not Working Correctly since 17.5 iPhone 14 Pro Max. Since updating iOS the timer does not appear on the screen when it sounds. I have to close apps and go to the clock to silence it.

Timer will not leave notch After using my timer, it won’t turn off from the notch. Closing the clock app doesn’t help. The only way I’ve been able to clear it is restarting the phone. After restarting my phone, the timer display in the notch is gone until I use the timer again, at which time it will not go away after I’m done unless I restart again. At the time of this post, my iPhone 15 Pro Max iOS and all apps are up to date.
