Apple trade in issues / bugs
It is not allowing me to complete the trade in.
1) Telephone number (area number) weird inputs. Somehow fixed it based on community guidelines which is not convincing at all
2) I have put the the details of my address it says use recommended address which is same as what I input
Unbelievable from a company like APPLE. Who manages the team of developers / Tier 1 helpdesk ?? No one has given a solution given the fact it is a recurring problem with so many customers complaining.
Truly disappointing!
