Not receiving texts on my Mac.

Messages worked fine until recently. Now, I can send texts from the Mac but I am not receiving all new texts. Both Mac and Iphone are on the same wifi network and signed into the same iCloud. I have the settings in the iPhone to allow text forwarding to the Mac. I have the Mac preferences set to allow for messages in iCloud.

The odd part is some messages come through sometimes, others not. I receive a daily text from my bank, which came to the Mac yesterday, but a friend texted yesterday and that did not come through. I have not received any texts on the Mac today (not even the daily text from the bank).

I have signed in-and-out of iCloud in the messaging app on the Mac, then I tried signing out of iCloud entirely on the Mac.

Other apps seems to be syncing across devices (calendar, reminders, mail, etc). It seems to just be Messages and the only problem I am having on my Mac (well, other than the random disappearing songs from my Music library).

I cannot figure out if the problem is with the Mac, the iPhone, the iCloud, or the Messaging app.
