How to Reset App Store Balance to $0.00 on iPhone!

Zero-balance an Apple Account -
There are two methods suggested to zero-balance your account;
a) Speak to Apple Support and request that your account be zero-balanced. By doing so, you are forfeiting the balance to Apple. This link Apple will take you directly to the Apple Account support staff, who will help you manage and edit your account;

b) If your Account details have a functioning credit/debit card, you could consider purchasing an item from the App or iTunes Store which costs more than the balance. The purchase will use the balance and the remainder will be billed to your card. Your account will be left with a zero balance.
