how can I extract all songs not included in playlists with itunes?
Using smart playlist , I suppose
Put all of your playlists inside a playlist folder. You can then create a new smart playlist outside of the folder matching all music with the rule Playlist is not <Playlist Folder>. This will show all tracks in the library not in any of your other lists.
