stuck in windowsOS ??

Hello! I cant manage to get back into the macOS on my macbook.. ive tried alot, and i genuinely cant manage to fix it. i accidentally deleted the essential app to get back to macOS and i cant seem to get it back. does anyone know what to do?

MacBook Pro BootCamp issues I currently run windows on a partition and now I can't get back into my Mac IOS side. I get to the login screen and put in my password but after a few seconds I get a circle with a slash through it. I think the issue happened after trying to install a newer version of my IOS. I've tried accessing through recovery mode but when I input my password it acts like its incorrect but its not. I've tried recovery through the internet via installation of the latest IOS and once I get in it shows the partition is full and only has like 25MB of free space. The windows side works fine but I'd really like to get back to having my IOS back. I'm willing to delete the entire crap and start from scratch but I really can't find a good link to walk me through it. Any help to get back in would be appreciated. I can get screenshots or whatever.

How to get back to Mac OS I bought a couple used iMacs 2009 I think? The previous owners installed CHROME OS FLEX and I hate it! How do I get back to MAC OS?? 😫 I’ve searched and searched and haven’t found much and don’t really wanna pay to have someone do it if I can do it myself! Thanks in advance

if you hold down the option key at bootup it should present the bootloader where you can choose which operating system to launch
