Why is my iPhone X not recognizing my SIM card?

A couple of things:
1). The phone is locked to some other carrier and NOT Flow. Are you sure the phone IS locked to Flow?
2). The SIM card is NOT from Flow.
3). The SIM card is damaged.
In any case, as it is a carrier lock issue, you would need to contact the carrier. We cannot help you here.
