Volume Buttons Not Working on iPhone 15 pro max

Volume up Button Not Working on iPhone 15 pro Max. No obvious reason. Restarted but no change.

Any have a solution?

volume buttons not working well hi! i have an iphone 11 since september last year and now i’m having some problems with volume buttons but specifically when i’m in WhatsApp or sometimes happens when i have the phone locked; i checked and i already downloaded the latest version of ios (17.1) but it still doesn’t work (i tried turning off the phone and didn’t work either 🥲). The problem is that the buttons are in good conditions and i hear the “click” when i press them, it’s just that sometimes they don’t work, hope someone can help me!! 😞

What are you using the Volume Up button for; volume control, screen shot or shutdown?

If it is just for volume go to Settings/Sounds & Haptics and turn on Change with Buttons.

If you can’t press and release Volume Up and the side button simultaneously to take a screen shot, or press and hold those buttons to shut down your phone has a hardware problem.
