Apple Weather gets its data from a number of sources, mainly The Weather Channel. Apple simply relies on other sources, which aren’t always accurate. As an alternative, you can try using third-party weather apps, which are generally more reliable.

Let’s start w/ the most basic:
Are your Location Services “on” AND does the Weather app have access to your location ?
Both settings can be found at:
Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services

You’re welcome. I personally have no issues with Apple’s Weather App, but perhaps other community members will know and can suggest you some third party weather apps that will suit you.
